My story

I have travelled throughout Italy, working for decades in luxury hotels across the country (Florence, Rome, Pisa) and abroad during training (France and Belgium). Eventually, I returned to where I grew up, using my managerial skills to run my own properties in Tuscany. 

My guests choose La Residenza del Mare and Il Faro because they seek a place that feels like home, a destination to return to rather than a fleeting, impersonal spot.

Fluent in multiple languages and detail-oriented, I aim to tailor my service to the needs of each individual guest. I find joy in making their experience unique, helping them to relax and explore all the attractions of my hometown, San Vincenzo. For me, this is the true meaning of hospitality.
